We are sorry to see you go, unfortunately, if you cease swimming or transfer to another club refunds will not be provided for Arena Swim Club Annual Membership Fees.
All payments that are in arrears must be cleared prior to cancellation.
All cancellations must be received before the 15th of the month for cancellation of the following month’s training fees. Please email the registrar to confrim that you have sent the form.
Please allow up to one week for Transfer Forms to be signed, please email them thru to registrar@arenaswimclub.com.au.
