Registering for Arena Swim Club
Please only complete these steps after your assessment
Welcome to Arena Swim Club 22/23 Season
STEP ONE: please fill in the online Membership Form for Arena Swim Club, we need all fields
filled in. If you have any medical concerns, please email before going any further (this is very important) at reigstrar@arenaswimclub.com.au

Once you have made it to the end and have uploaded your swimmer’s birth certificate, you
will be taken to the final screen with a “Submit Button” after clicking on this button.
You will be taken to another site “My Swim Results” this is where your payment for the Annual
Membership will be made via a shopping cart you can pay with by Credit Card or B’Pay.
STEP TWO: Please print out the ASC Direct Debit Form this is for your monthly squad fees.
You need to fill in your details and payment details only.
Please note if you start halfway thru the month your squad fees are pro rata for that month. All direct debits are monthly and on the 25th of each month. Please return to reigstrar@arenaswimclub.com.au.
STEP THREE: Email the ASC DDR Form and your nominated days for Bronze, and Silver Squads to
registrar@arenaswimclub.com.au This is needed before we can finalise your membership.
STEP FOUR: Please collect from HBF Venue West front counter a Fob Key that will be issued
to the swimmer only (you can top this up) – this is for POOL ENTRY ONLY.
STEP FIVE: Join our Closed Facebook Page “ARENA SWIM CLUB MEMBERS”
All paperwork needs to be completed before you can commence training at
ASC is for insurance purposes.
Thank you for filling in the paperwork and nominating your days if applicable, please allow up to 3 days for your membership to be processed, once your membership has been processed and confirmed you will receive a welcome letter stating you are welcome to start training.
