ASC will be going back to ASC DDR Forms for all SQUAD FEES from the 25th Jan, if you are happy with your account that was set up prior to COVID 19 there is nothing you have to do.
If you wish to update your details you will need to print off a new form and hand it in to the office before Wednesday the 20th. Sorry, we aren’t accepting emails.
One form per family is all that is required.
